I'll have the courses for the first two rounds posted in about 30 minutes. The process will be slightly different from usual, since I'm posting two rounds at one time. The weekly live tournaments will be used for Round 1, while the daily tournaments for today will be used for Round 2.

Hey, Jeffro- look in Tournament Settings. Also you can always check the last 25 posts. I'm pretty sure they'll still appear.

Thanks "G"...I have no idea how I missed that.
I am good to go...If anyone hears from Max let him know to check his PM so we can play our match.
BTW....are we to post as match play, as stroke play or both?
Thanks Jeffro

Please post as match play, though members who look at the results seem to like to see the stroke score as well.
Thanks! G.

What should Clay and I do on our match in the first rd of the pro? We posted as stroke. I think that the holes were all 1 stroke wins so I believe the outcome would have been 6UP but not certain.

If Clay and you concur on the match outcome, that's all that is required.

What's going on with the finals? Is the info going to come out once the pro final match is set up as well?

What's going on with the finals? Is the info going to come out once the pro final match is set up as well? I'll have 'em posted later this evening. Sorry for the delay- thought I was going to have time before going to work this AM, but didn't! Thanks for your patience! G.

The AM tournament has been completed, with a consistently dominant showing by our champion, Jeffro. He won the championship 4up with a score of 52. Thanks for the match, and congratulations on the win!

I confirm the scores posted by Broflowski. He played a solid match on 14 holes. TPC Sawgrass just does not fit my eye...I consider myself very lucky to have won!
I would actually feel guilty for playing in the ameteur bracket based on my ranking. However I believe that everyone in the match play brackets were every bit as skilled if not more so......so the guilt has passed.
I am not yet certain how season III will be structured....But if it allows for all players to play in both I promise I will only post my scores as (fun). I really enjoy the game so I want in on all that is available....just for the sake of playing.
Thanks again Bro...and thanks to all in the Wiiga who have made me feel like a welcome member.
BTW...I am trying to recriut GlenMCD to join as we all know how much he has to offer.
Glen...if you read this....come on down!!....Hmmmmmm.....since you are from down unda......come on up!!! ;D

Jeffro- I think you'll find that the design of Season 3 enables all, including you, to compete freely in all tourney matches without concern about fairness, as Jokker's neat solution to the handicapping problem applied at the end of the season takes care of the problem.

CONGRATULATIONS to TheJokker!!
I threw everything I had at him. It was worthy of a play by play so bear with me while I walk you through the key moments of the rd.
You all know the setting was a rainy day at Sheshan CC.
We tee off on the first hole and both reach the green in regulation. I drop my long putt for birdie. But much to my surprise, Jokker runs it by nearly 5 ft and settles for a par.
Of course TheJokker is not going to let me enjoy my lead....he knocks in his second shot on the par 5 2nd, for a double eagle. The match is all square.
Hole 3 we exchange eagles. Nothing but birdies intil the 7th hole when Jokker knocks in his 3rd eagle or better for the day and goes 1up.
The next par 3 which I think is number 11, I get birdie and Jokker rolls it by and accepts a par to square the match once again.
Back to matching shots until the 15th hole when my approach lands short of the green. I get up and down for a par, unfortunately TheJokker makes his birdie to go 1up late in the match.
The 16th is nearly a D4, but I pull my drive. Once again I get up down for a birdie. I have no idea what TheJokker was doing but it appeared he either went OB or something helpful for me as he finally rolls up to the hole and the score shows 3 strokes. He drops the putt for a par and it is all square yet again.
Only two hole left to make something happen and overcome the odds of playing a rainsoaked course that we all know is not my strength. I hit a decent tee shot about 12 feet straight below the hole. I easily roll in the birdie putt. I am looking around wondering where Jokker landed and I don't see his ball anywhere. I start to get excited thinking I am about to go 1up with one to play. I start wondering what we are to do if we end in a tie......about that time the score box for TheJokker pops up showing...yep...you guessed it..."HOLE IN ONE". NOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now it is TheJokker who takes a 1up lead to the 18th and final hole.
I know that I must eagle to have any chance. I hit two good shots and drop a very long downhill sidewinding putt. Feeling pretty pleased that I have held up under all the pressure and all the hole outs TheJokker has managed...I now sit back and wait to see if he can drop his eagle putt that appeared to be even more challenging than the one I just made.
The putt is on its way....it's tracking....it appears that he has not hit the putt solid enough and I start to say a silent prayer for it to stop........NOT TO BE!!!! He drains it for eagle and wins the finals 52-53....an 1up.
Great match and a nice win for a great champion. My hopes for a 1972 Dolphin like season come to an end.
As much as I hate to lose I don't have to sit and dwell on what I did wrong and how I threw away the chance to win. I was very happy with the way I played. TheJokker holed out 4 times and I was not able to hole out even once. So the way I see it...I did not lose....TheJokker won!!!
Thanks to Teknik and Dude for joining us. Great game for both of you. Tek tied me and Dude was not far behind. This continues to show just how much talent there is in this great community we call the WiiGA.
Let the season III BEGIN!!!!

Well put Jeffro, I confirm the scoring, that was a fun one, teknik could have taken that one also, he played great. I do have to say good game to Dude though, he played a great round considering his tooth ache (abcess or however you spell it). We all know how a tooth ache takes away any serious concentration. Jeffro did not point out how much better his putting was than mine this time, he tore me up on putting. Good thing I have those Golf Fairies hanging around me today.
This has been some kind of AHO miracle for me today, I've played 4 matches today and had a least 4 AHO's every time. I'M HEADED FOR VEGAS, just kidding.
Next season we are going to try to Video the play-off matches, at least the finals. In case anyone wants to see how it was done or not done.
Great Season Everyone ! ! ! TheJokker
