Today in EA Daily tournament on 1st hole with a short pitch shot my A Button stuck. I completed the hole without the aiming circle, which cost me a stroke. It was still stuck on the tee so with no shot clock I began experimenting to see if I could get it unlocked.
Removing 1 battery and popping it back in eliminated the stuck A Button.
I don't know if this will work under all conditions but it will be the first thing I try from now on and before I disconnect.

Hey Frank, You say cleaning!!! I am a bad man I've never cleaned by poor "mote" How do I do it? Today in EA Daily tournament on 1st hole with a short pitch shot my A Button stuck. I completed the hole without the aiming circle, which cost me a stroke. It was still stuck on the tee so with no shot clock I began experimenting to see if I could get it unlocked. Removing 1 battery and popping it back in eliminated the stuck A Button. I don't know if this will work under all conditions but it will be the first thing I try from now on and before I disconnect. Vern/Vern38 thanks vern... i have a question, maybe two. i'll ask here in case it can help others. do you have more than 1 wii-mote? is it possible that your wii_mote is wearing out?...could it just need a cleanng? i ask because it's been mostly you with that problem of late, at least reported. the one battery switch wont help the people with the rechargeable packs, like my Nyko setup. it's weird, i hear about this problem, but it's never happened to me, though it did a few times on TW07. i wonder if it's somehow dependent on whether you are using the M+? could it be a glitch in the game when you are M-?
