I just finished playing through the amateur part of the game and have all my toons stats maxed but spin. I played through this on ALL PLAY to speed up the stats part of the game. As this is my first golf game my main question is should I now play the career mode with standard swing or continue on ALL PLAy until I unlock Tiger's swing and the other pieces of gear I need to max out my dude?
Also, I have yet to play online as I was just trying to bust through the amateur part. Dreading the butt whooping that is about to be online play. Any advice as to where to start online?

We have all been there before. My personal recommendation would be to play the tour in standard mode to get used to it...mainly because you cannot use all play in the on-line matches.
Then once you have maxed your stats go play a couple of on-line ametuer tourneys to get the feel....plus you can start over for practice. Last point is there is no time limit on the daily weekly and play the pro's tourneys.
Once you feel comfortable then dive into the simultaneous play and see how you do. You can always erase your on-line profile if your record or making the leaderboard is important to you.
No matter what happens just remember it is a game and have fun whatever you are doing.
It is really easy to get too serious and then you start getting mad ....where is the fun in that.
I hope this helps.
I am more than happy to play you in some on line rounds so you can get used to the time clock aspect. We would just set it to unranked so you can just play and enjoy the experience.
