I've only owned my Wii and the TW10 game since Christmas, so I've missed out on the years of evolution.
Is the online universe limited to people playing TW10 on the Wii, or could they be using other versions of TW, or even different platforms?
When I first went online and got totally thrashed by the competition I thought they must be using different platforms with easier, push button controls. I have since learned that one cans score just fine using the Wii with M+, as many WiiGA members have proven. Now I'm curious if the game is limited to TW10 players, meaning I will have to upgrade to the 2011 version of the game whenever ti comes out?

There is no mixing of platforms and/or versions. If you want to play with the folks here, you will have to upgrade to TW11. If you just want to play TW10 online, then you don't need to upgrade. Currently you can still go online and play TW9 if your wish. I have no idea how long EA will maintain a game after newer versions come out. Putterrr

Thanks guys....this is too funny. I have always laughed at the guys camping out to get the latest version of video games, and now it looks like I might be joining the crowd.
