If I lose my connection, I cannot log back in because the chat room says I am still logged in. After a while, it will disconnect me and I can get back in.

all yo need to do is change the login name to say blair. anything different from the one thats still logged in will do.

Hmmm... Neil29679 used to have the same problem... He would reopen the browser and just login under a new name (no need to create another account). You can change the screen name to what ever you want, as long as it is not the same as one that is currently in chat (for example the other night when Joey had like three tabs open, all with Batman names and he was talking to himself ). But I'm not sure how he got rid of the old name, other than in the old chat room you would timeout after inactivity.... Neil where are you? Hook us up

Also, IB and IM, could this be related to the new chat room setup?

I am timeout when inactive regulary. Happens after 5 minutes sometimes, sometimes it happens after 10 minutes. Using IE8, Windows 7, Wlan too.

I use windows Xp and firefox.

I have only had 1 time about a month ago where I got booted from chat and it would not let me back at all ! I even tried a different name and it was a no go.
Not sure if it matters but, with the new chat I never use a password when I sign in. I just type kenw and login.

My OS is XP and I use Google Chrome for my browser. Have never had a problem with chat since we switched to the new version.

Doesnt matter if i sign in with a password or not, it still happens. Does it have anything to do with the proboard ads?
